2. Trademarks

“Draco”, “URSA Mobile”, and the Draco logo are trademarks of URSA Mobile, Inc. Other names and logos referenced (for example WireGuard, a registered trademark of Jason A. Donenfeld) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only; their use does not imply endorsement.

3. Open-source software

Draco is built on open-source software and stands on the work of others. The clients and exit infrastructure incorporate, among other components:

• WireGuard — the underlying VPN data plane.
• AmneziaWG (amneziawg-go) — traffic obfuscation / stealth transport.
• Rosenpass — the post-quantum key-exchange broker used to add a per-peer post-quantum pre-shared key.
• Post-quantum algorithms — NIST ML-KEM (FIPS 203) and Classic-McEliece, composed in a hybrid with X25519.
